LACASSE FINE WOOD PRODUCTS:
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items to us within 20 days of your original purchase under the following conditions:
- Prior aproval must be made by Lacasse before return shipments are sent out
- Return is only accepted for standard inventory items. NO RETURN on Special Order Items
- All items must be returned in the condition in which you received them... no dirt or water damage from transit.
- We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the shipment that you are returning. That is an issue you must reconcile with your transportation company.
- For your own protection you may choose to return by insured parcel post or courier.
- Keep the appropriate proof of shipment.
- Returns will be refunded to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. We refund the full value as per the original invoice,but NOT INCLUDING initial freight costs and customs/duty charges.
- Return freight & Handling are not refundable.
- If we have made a mistake, by shipping the wrong material, we will assume all reasonable product and shipping costs to get you the right material.
Returning Items by Mail
- Please send a copy of the original bill, with the item circled you are returning.
- Please check to see if all information, re credit card # and contact information is available to process your return.
- Please note the reason for the return.
- If you are exchanging an item, please let us know the item you would like to receive.
- Pack and seal your return securely (in the origional package if possible).
- Packages must be returned prepaid. We will not accept any C.O.D. deliveries.
