1/2" ROUND BALUSTERS WITH SQUARE DECORATIONS
Wrought Iron Spindles- 1/2" Round with 1 & 2 Decorations, Textured Black
These metal balusters are 1/2" in diameter x 42" long hollow tube. They are pretty easy to to cut to length with hollow tube constructions but yet designed to pass all the strength tests necessary for the Ontario Building Code.
Optional round shoes are available for the foot of every spindle. You would only use these if you desired the "look".
With a square metal spindle, you must drill an extra large installation hole to insert a square metal spindle into your round hole.. then a "shoe" or "foot" becomes necessary to cover the installation holes. With these ROUND bars, an accurately sized round hole can be sized to fit tightly around the metal baluster, making the feet optional.
This baluster is available with one or two decorations per spindle. Often combined with the plain round 1/2" spindles in some alternating pattern.
We typically carry the textured black bars in inventory. Either of the other two colours with either one or two decorations are available in short order. It typically takes less than a week to get special order wrought iron balusters in stock to meet your requirements, and this then gives us enough time to make up railing and newel posts to match.
